Key Responsibilities

  • Translate tribal knowledge of circuit topology sizing and trade offs into logic for AI implementation

  • Lead the development of design flows for complex IP blocks including PCIe Ethernet and SerDes

  • Collaborate with software and AI teams to translate design principles into algorithms

  • Evaluate AI generated designs against industry standard and simulation results

  • Ensure software outputs meet the high reliability and verification standards of Tier 1 design houses

  • Establish benchmarking methodologies to compare AI results with manual tape out quality

  • Incorporate circuit design best practices to enhance the competitiveness of our solution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design

  • 5+ years of hands on design experience with proven silicon tape outs

  • Deep understanding of circuit design tools

  • Hands-on experience with different complex IP blocks

  • Familiar with programming languages and a strong desire to automate workflows

  • Strong sense of ownership curiosity and ambition to shape the future of AI × Design
